Starting on March 5th, Intelsat will begin consolidating the legacy Intelsat and legacy PanAmSat Customer Operations Centers to create one, integrated customer operations support infrastructure. We are investing over $35 million to create an infrastructure that we are confident will provide you with superior level of service and reliability. Key highlights include:

• A fully redundant disaster recovery facility for all Operations Centers for unrivaled business continuity
• A 10 gigabit redundant network linking all sites and teleports in the US
• Improved monitoring capabilities to reduce troubleshooting and service restoration time
• Ease of contact and streamlined number of Operations Centers for quick issues resolution
• One, simplified escalation procedure to address your issues quickly
• A stronger Level 2 support team to tackle difficult operational issues
